A booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit payment of 50% of the total cost.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to check-in. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation.
Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer or cash (subject to approval by An Teach Ban).
Check-in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Late check-out requests must be arranged in advance (not always possible) and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a refund of any monies paid. Note this may be slightly more /less due to currency varying conversation rates (if applicable). An Teach Ban is not responsible for any slight variation.
Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in will not be refunded.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
We kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:
- Be considerate of your neighbors. Please do not have loud music playing, leave trash outside the house etc. - As owners, having a house in Dingle has been a lifelong dream of ours. We ask that you treat it like your own. Be careful not to break any items or mark the walls.
- If you do break something, please report it to us by email. We understand that this sometimes occurs, and we will assess the breakage to determine if the replacement cost needs to be covered by you.
- After every departure we do an audit of the house and if any items are missing, we will reach out to you to get an explanation and assess the cost of replacement. Most of the time items are taken by accident.
- Unlike other rental homes the cost of electricity is included in your rental charge. We ask that you do not take advantage of this by leaving items such as heating, showers etc on for any extended period.
A key lockbox is installed at the front door. Before arrival, we will send you details on how to access this.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, due to possible fire hazards. Smoking is allowed in the front garden as long as cigarettes are properly extinguished and disposed of in the ash tray. Under no circumstances may the guest(s), or his/her guests dispose of their cigarettes on the floors, grounds, private lawns, or public common areas of the premises.
Yes . Saying that we have a utility fair usage policy to create a hassle-free environment for the lead guest and to ensure that the guests heating and electricity usage is not excessive and kept within reasonable, sensible and environmentally friendly limits.

We can provide a highchair, a pack n'play cot and a bed guard at no additional charge upon request. Please note we do not provide specific bed linen for the pack n' play. There is regular clen bed linen available which can be used.

Breakages occur so just let us know and depending on the breakage we will let you know if it needs to be replaced or not.
Bring full trash and recycle to driveway bins next to entrance gate. Trash will be picked up every other Wednesday morning

Drinking Water :Tap water is perfectly safe to drink. In case you feel otherwise, you will be able to buy large bottles of water in any of the town’s supermarkets
